Traits

Spellcasting. Count Majen is an 8th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 16, +12 to hit with spell attacks). Count Majen has following Bard spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Blade Ward, Thunderclap, Vicious Mockery

1st level (4 slots): Charm Person, Cure Wounds

2nd level (3 slots): Blindness/Deafness, Cloud of Daggers, Heat Metal, Hold Person

3rd level (3 slots): Counterspell, Bestow Curse, Fear, Glyph of Warding, Lightning Bolt

4th level (2 slots): Greater Invisibility, Dimension Door

Actions

Multiattack. Count Majen makes two attacks with his rapier every time he opts to take the "attack" action.

Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 5 (1d8 + 1) piercing damage.

Bonus Actions

Being a Bard, Majen has access to Bardic Inspiration, of which he has five uses. The dice used for these uses is a d8.

Reactions

Cutting Words. As a reaction when a creature (that's not immune to being charmed) Majen can see within 60 ft. makes an attack roll, ability check, or damage roll, he can expend one use of Bardic Inspiration, roll a d8, and subtract the number from the creature's roll. He can do so after the roll but before knowing the result.

Description

Blonde, pale, and almost always sharply dressed, Count Majen is your typical aristocrat most of the time. He enjoys fine wine, the occasional banquet, and other such activities of high society. He is also a skilled bard, piping mystic tunes on his flute that can affect the people around him. Despite being a fairly proficient fencer, he prefers to let his guards do the fighting, should a matter come to blows. Despite his posh exterior, be wary of his spells. Because of the spells available to Bards and their Magical Secrets, this makes him highly adept at messing with your party, should you get on his bad side.
