Predator of the Night. At night gains +1 AC and +2 to hit.

Vengeance Mark (2/Day). The mark of Vengeance causes a red x to form between the brows of their foes and shall remain upon their chosen foe for 1 month or the death of the target and it will know the position and condition of those marked. Gains advantage on hit against targets of vengeance. Maximum of 5 targets of Vengeance Mark at a time.

Unholy Recovery. Unless killed with radiance damage the Untiring Vengeances soul lingers on after death and can reform its body in 1d4 days to walk the world once more. If killed with radiance all Vengeance Marks are erased and it will take 1d100+10 years to reform. A wish spell can be used to force the soul to go to the afterlife and not return before it reforms.

Actions

Multiattack. The Untiring Vengeance makes two longsword attacks or two longbow attacks. It can use its Life Drain in place of one longsword attack.

Life Syphon. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) necrotic damage and recovers that much damage to caster. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or its hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.

A humanoid slain by this attack rises 24 hours later as a zombie under the Untiring Vengeance control, unless the humanoid is restored to life or its body is destroyed. Vengeance can have no more than fifteen zombies under its control at one time. If the target has Vengeance Mark and is an Elf they will be raised as Untiring Vengeance instead.

Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) slashing damage, or 7 (1d10 + 2) slashing damage if used with two hands. Deals 3 (1d6) necrotic damage.

Longbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 160/600 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage.

Bonus Actions

Poison Arrow (6/day). Poison one arrow you are going to use with one of three effects.

Capture Poison: On hit causes enemy to make a DC 14 constitution save or be unconscious for 1 minute unless you take damage allowing you to try again to wake up.

Damage Poison: On hit causes enemy to make a DC 13 constitution save or be poisoned for 1 minute and causes 9 (2d6 + 2) poison damage or only half damage on a successful save.

Blinding Poison: On hit causes enemy to make a DC 16 constitution save or be blinded for 1 minute.

Description

The first Untiring Vengeance was a female Elven Ranger betrayed and raised as an undead ranger by her lover long ago as he attempted to learn necromancy and proceeded to kill him soon after for Vengeance. This deed didn’t go unnoticed however and she was blessed by both a god of Death and a goddess of Vengeance creating a new Undead creature. Untiring Vengeance can create more of their kind by branding an Elf with their Vengeance Mark and killing them with Life Syphon just as the first was made and actively seek to do so in some twisted view of more on the path of Vengeance and Eternity…
