Description
Barrier Sloths are also known in the Fey Wild as "Watch Minds" for their tendency to merely observe things around them and learn quickly. They can be found from high tree branches, and will stake out one tree for a few days at times. They are primarily omnivores; eating most types of tree foliage and the occasional insect, nut, or berry. These creatures are incredibly intelligent, generally docile, reclusive, and deploy all kinds of mental tricks in order to survive. Most creatures and even plants in the Fey Wild do not even attempt to make a Barrier Sloth or their pups into prey; not because of their threat level, but because it is simply not worth the effort. Very seldom do pups separate from their protective progenitors; only when reaching maturity when they can easily protect themselves with their developed psychic powers
