Soul Drain. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 3) [Necrotic] damage.
Wailing Engulf. The Wailing Souls can enter a creatures space. A creature engulfed by the Wailing Souls must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or become engulfed. A creature that fails takes (2d12) Necrotic at the start of each of its turns on a success the creature is shunted to a space with 5 feet of The Wailing Souls.
