Cyborg Body. This Creature has advantage on saving throws against being poisoned, and resistance to poison damage. This creature does not need to eat, drink, or breathe. They are immune to disease. They don’t need to sleep, and magic can’t put this creature to sleep.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If this creature fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Action Surge (3/day). This creature may take another action once this round.

Multilimbed. This Creature has four arms. Two of the arms are folded into the main body but can emerge and retract as a bonus action when Weeper the Decaying Blight is below 3/4ths of it's maximum hit points. Additionally this creature's AC increases by 2 while active. 

Razor Tail. This Creature has a hidden tail hidden in its back. The tail may extend and retract for combat as a bonus action only if Weeper the Decaying Blight is below 1/2 of it's maximum hit points. Additionally this creature's AC increases by 2 while active.

Skilled Killer. This creature scores a critical hit on a roll of 18 - 20 on an attack roll with a d20

Nanobot Repair. While below half health, This creature regains 20 (3d8+5) hit points at the start of each of its turns until it reaches half of its hit points. this effect is negated for 1 day if this creature takes lightning damage.

Cybernetics. This creature has advantage on dexterity and Strength saving throws and checks.

Cruel Killer. When another creature is grappled by this creature, this creature deals  19 (3d4+7) bludgeoning damage at the start of that creatures turn. 

Metallic Claws. This creature has a climb speed equal to its movement speed. while attached to ceilings or walls, this creature has disadvantage on all attacks.

Proximity Sensor. This creature has blindsight up to 10 feet

Magic Weapons. This creatures attacks count as magical.

Shock Asorbers. This creature reduces falling damage dealt to it by 40 points. if this number reaches or exceeds 0 points of damage then no falling damage is taken.

 Nightmare of the Astral Sea. This creature is immune to being frightened and charmed.

Actions

Multiattack. This creature can make up to two attacks while above half health.  while this creature has second set of limbs extended, this creature may make 4 attacks instead. 

Rapier. Melee Weapon attack: +15 to hit, Reach 5ft., one target, Hit: 13 (1D8 +7) riercing damage

Plasma Blade. Melee Weapon attack. +15 to hit, Reach 5ft., one target, Hit: 28 (3d8 +10) radiant Damage. This attack cannot be used as long as this creature is above 3/4th's of its maximum hit points.

Unarmed StrikeMelee Weapon attack. +15 to hit, Reach 5ft., one target, Hit: 15 (2d6 +7) bludgeoning Damage. A Creature hit by this attack is Grappled. only one creature may be grappled at a time by this effect.

Laser Pistol. Ranged Weapon attack. +8 to hit, Range (40/120)., one target, Hit: 19 (3d6+7) radiant damage. This weapon must be reloaded after six attacks as a bonus action.

Spellcasting (shocking Grasp). Weeper the decaying blight only has access to the shocking grasp cantrip. Its spellcasting ability is intellegence (spell save DC14, +12 to hit with spell attacks.)  On a hit, the target instead takes 6d8 lightning damage and make a constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn. This spell cannot be used if this creature is above 1/2 its maximum hit points.

Bonus Actions

Emergency repair (3/day). As a bonus Action this creature regains 22 (2d10+10) hit points. This Healing is instead reduced to 14 (2d6+6) hit points if Weeper has taken lightning damage within the last 24 hours. This Reduction is removed after 24 hours from the last time this creature has taken lightning damage unless they take lightning damage again before the 24 hours has passed.

Limb Emergence. This creature readies or stows its remaining two hidden arms.

 Tail Emergence. This creature extends or retracts its tail.

Tail Strike. Melee Weapon attack. +10 to hit, Reach 10ft., one target, Hit: 19 (3d6+7) piercing damage. A target hit by this attack must make a DC15 constitution saving throw or take an extra 15 (3d8) poison damage on failed save or half as much on a successful one.. This creature may only use this attack if the tail is extended.

Legendary Actions

Weeper The Decaying Blight can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Weeper The Decaying Blight regains spent legendary actions at the start of it's turn.

Skilled Strike (costs 1 action). This Creature makes one melee weapon attack.

Reposition (costs 2 actions). This creature  may move up to its movement speed to another location. This action still provokes opportunity attacks.

Throw (costs 2 actions). This creature throws a grappled creature. roll a d20. The grappled creature is thrown 5 + the number rolled in feet in a direction it chooses. if a thrown creature hits an object or another creature those creatures and objects take 11 (1d6+7) bludgeoning damage and are knocked prone. the thrown creature is knocked prone regardless of where it lands.

 

Mythic Actions

If Weeper the Decaying Blight is at or  below half of its maximum hit points, it may use the options below as legendary actions.

Quicken the Slaughter! (costs 3 actions). Weeper the Decaying Blight chooses one creature within 15 ft. This creature then makes a melee attack against that creature. whether the attack hits or misses, it disappears from its current position and reappears in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the target in a flash of speed. This process then repeats up to three times. A creature chosen cannot be chosen a second time until the end of Weeper the Decaying Blight's next turn. 

Beyond the Machine. (costs 3 actions). For the next 1 minute, Weeper the Decaying Blight deals an extra 6 (1d10) damage to first melee attack that hits a creature each turn. At the end of this creature's turn, Weeper the Decaying blight takes 6 (1d10) force damage as their cybernetics and augmentations cannot withstand the strain.
