Commander of the Dead. Zs'Skayr can control any undead within 300ft of him, taking their turn under his command. They must succeed a DC 20 WIS or INT Saving Throw to resist.

Giver of Unlife. Zs'Skayr may take command of any dead creatures within 300ft of him and turn them into an undead soldier for him. They retain their stats from when their were alive, but their INT, WIS, and CHA drop to 10.

Unlive to Fight Another Day. When Zs'Skayr reaches 0 Hit Points, he will choose to teleport away too his nearest base or to his phylactery.

Seasoned Warmage. Zs'Skayr has ADV on CON saves made to maintain concentration on a spell.

Actions

Tendrils of Death. Ranged Spell Attack: +12 to Hit, 100ft range, 3 Targets, 12 (1d8+8) Necrotic.

Forceful Wave. Area Attack: 150ft range, 20ft radius, DC 20 DEX 21 (6d6) Force. 3 Charges.

Lich Bolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +12 to Hit, 60ft range, 2 Targets, 13 (3d8) Necrotic. BA Deal damage to targets again. Must use BA for this or the spell fades, targets must stay in range. 3 Charges. 

Banish. DC 20 CHA or be Banished for 1 minute. If used on a creature not native to the current plane of existence, they remain in their home plane. 4 Charges. Can expend 2 Charges to target 1 additional creature.

Life Drain. Zs'Skayr may heal himself for 1/4 of the damage he has dealt this turn.
