Portent. Roll two d20s and record the numbers rolled. Urius can replace any attack roll, saving throw, or ability check made by him or a creature that he can see with one of the numbers rolled. You must choose to do so before the roll, and you can replace a roll in this way only once per turn.
Spellcasting. Urius is a 10th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). Urius has the following Wizard spells prepared:

1st level (4 slots): Detect Magic, Chromatic Orb, Magic Missile
2nd level (3 slots): Mind Spike, Blur, Hold Person

4th level (3 slots): Greater Invisibility, Otiluke's Resilient Sphere, Raulothims Psychic Lance
5th level (2 slots): Legend Lore, Scrying, Bigby's Hand, Synaptic Static
The Third Eye. 1/day: Urius enhances his senses to gain one of the following effects:
Darkvision with a range of 60 feet.
Ethereal Sight into the Ethereal Plane within 60 feet.
See Invisibility within 10 feet.
Staff of Defense. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage.
Staff of Defense. The staff has 10 charges and can cast mage armor for 1 charge or shield for 2 charges as an action.
Firebolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +9 to hit, range 240 ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (2d10) fire damage.
Chill Touch. Ranged Spell Attack: +9 to hit, range 240 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (2d8) necrotic damage. A target hit by chill touch is unable to gain hitpoints until Urius next turn.
