Dementia. After a long rest, roll an Intelligence saving throw with a DC of 12. If you fail, you forget one piece of information relating to yourself or your quest.
「Biden Blast」. When casting Eldritch Blast, roll an additional d4 of damage for each beam. If all beams are cast at the same target, roll 5d4 instead of 4.
Spellcasting. Joe Biden is a 49th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 17, +8 to hit with spell attacks). Joe Biden has the following Presidential spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Eldritch Blast, Minor Illusion, Vicious Mockery
1st level (8 slots): Charm Person, Comprehend Language, Dissonant Whispers
2nd level (6 slots): Augury
「Biden Bash」. Unarmed Strike: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
「Fourty-Ninth Flash」. Ranged Attack: +4 to hit, reach 50 ft., hits anyone in a 30 ft. sphere. All targets in the sphere must roll a Dexterity saving throw with a DC of 15. Any targets that fail are blinded by a flash of light.
"Will you shut up, man?". When a spell is cast at Biden with a verbal component, he can tell the caster to "shut up", causing the spell to immediately fail. Biden can do this 4 times per short rest.
At one health, Joe Biden may perform his one legendary action: I'M BIDONE WITH THIS. He instantly regains all his health, 5d6 temporary health, and 27 AC. He also gains resistance to all types of damage excluding radiant damage. During BIDONE phase, Biden's actions change to this list:
「Biden Blast」. Ranged Attack: +10 to hit, reach 200 ft. Hit: 44 (8d10) radiant damage and 10 (4d4) psychic damage.
「Presidential Pummel」. Melee Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft. Hit: 18 (5d6) bludgeoning damage. This attack repeats 4 times, rolling to hit only until the first hit.
「Biden Break」. Ranged Attack: 60 ft. range, 15 ft. cone, 20 DEX saving throw. On a fail, targets are knocked prone and instantly given 1 level of exhaustion (besides 6).
「Air Force None」. Melee Attack: 1 ft. range - Biden must be directly on the target to attack. On a failed 10 DEX saving throw, the target is instantly tossed into the air, being struck from 1d6 fighter jets. Each fighter jet's strike does 7 (2d6) piercing damage. At the end of the barrage, the target falls to the ground, taking 4d6 falling damage.

On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Joe Biden takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; Joe Biden can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- Joe Biden summons 2 bodyguards. A bodyguard has an AC of 14 and all of their stats are 14 as well. Each bodyguard has a shortsword.
- Joe Biden summons his personal bike, increasing his movement speed to 60 ft. However, when moving 60 ft. in one turn, Joe Biden must make a Dexterity saving throw with a DC of 12. Failing results in 1d4 falling damage and Joe Biden falls prone.
