Special Trait God of Sea. ωκεανός is the Emojian god of Sea, rendering her as one of the most powerful Emojian beings. Because of her domain, Radiant damage is useless against her. Any damage dealt by her and/or her allies gets extra damage (1d4).

Special Trait God of Storms. ωκεανός is the Emojian god of Storm, rendering her as one of the most powerful Emojian beings. Because of her domain, any storms within 500 ft of her she automatically can control them.

Amphibious. ωκεανός can breathe air and water.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If ωκεανός fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Storm Scales (Mythic Trait; Recharges after a short or long rest). If ωκεανός is reduced to 0 hit points, it doesn't die or fall unconscious. Instead, it regains 850 hit points. in addition, ωκεανός's scale are now charged with water and lightning, making it immune to magical attacks, lightning and water related attacks and a temporary 150 hit points.

Spellcasting. ωκεανός can cast any water/Lightning themed spell

Multiattack. ωκεανός can use its Frightful Presence. It then makes three attacks: one with its tail and two with its bite.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 7) piercing damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage.

Frightful Presence. Each creature of ωκεανός's choice that is within 120 feet of ωκεανός and aware of it must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to ωκεανός's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

Breath Weapons (Recharge 5–6). ωκεανός uses one of the following breath weapons.

Storm Breath. ωκεανός exhales water and lightning in a 90- foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw, taking 66 (12d10) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

ωκεανός can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. ωκεανός regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Detect. ωκεανός makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.

Tail Attack. ωκεανός makes a tail attack.

Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). ωκεανός beats its wings. Each creature within 10 feet of ωκεανός must succeed on a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw or take 14 (2d6 + 7) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. ωκεανός can then fly up to half its flying speed.

If ωκεανός's mythic Trait is active, it can use the options below as legendary action for 1 hour after using Storm Scales

Storm Shield (Costs 3 Actions). ωκεανός puts up a barrier around itself and allies of it's choices. in order to break one of these barriers you must deal 1000 cold damage. ωκεανός can choose to put down these barriers to its choice to.

Storm Charge (Costs 1 Action). ωκεανός's Storm Breath now deals quadruple damage

Storm Calling (costs 5 Action). ωκεανός summons a hurricane for 10 rounds
