Actions

Multiattack. The bear elemental makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claw/slap.

Ice Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10+5) piercing damage, as well as 6 (1d12) cold damage

Tsunami Slap (Liquid form). Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (4d6) force damage.

Frost Claw (Ice Form). Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d12+5) magical slashing damage and 7 (2d6) Cold damage.

Cold Breath (Ice Form)(Recharge 4-6). The bear elemental exhales a blast of freezing wind in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 20 (4d10) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Whelming Tackle (Liquid Form) (Recharge 4–6). If the bear elemental moves at least 10 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with an ice bite attack on the same turn, the target must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. The target takes 16 (2d10+5) bludgeoning damage. If it is Large or smaller, it is also grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained and unable to breathe unless it can breathe water.

The bear elemental can grapple one Large or smaller creature at one time. At the start of each of the bear elemental's turns, each target grappled by it takes 16 (2d10+5) bludgeoning damage. A creature within 5 feet of the elemental can pull a creature or object out of it by taking an action to make a DC 16 Strength check and succeeding.
