Traits

Immutable Form. The Stone Golem is immune to any spell or affect that would alter its form.

Big Fella. The Stone Golem's damage dice are doubled while making melee attacks (Accounted for in this stat block).

Tough as Stone. The stone golem has a damage threshold of 15. Any attacks made against it that deal less than 15 damage deal no damage.

Interior Orb. Hidden within the Stone Golem is an orb which keeps it in tact. After the stone golem is reduced to half HP, this orb becomes visible. Attacks made against the orb have disadvantage. The orb has an AC of 17 and 50 hit points. Destroying the orb immediately kills the Stone Golem, despite it's remaining HP. If the Stone Golem is brought to 0 HP but the orb is not destroyed, the Stone Golem rebuilds itself in 1d4 hours.

Spellcasting. The Stone Golem can cast the following spells (+4 to hit with spell attacks, save DC 12) requiring no material components.

At Will: Meld Into Stone, Wall of Stone, Mold Earth,

Actions

Multiattack. The Stone Golem makes two attacks, replacing either one with a Consume Stone action.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage. The targeted creature must succeed on a DC 14 dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.

Hurl Stone. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 10/30 ft., 1 target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage. The targeted creature must succeed on a DC 14 dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.

Consume Stone. The Stone Golem attempts to eat whatever stone is lying around. Doing this normally regenerates 7 (1d6+4) HP, however if he consumes a creature he has turned to stone, then he regenerates 17 (2d12+4) HP instead, however doing so requires two uses of this ability rather than one.

Flesh To Stone (Recharge 6). The Stone Golem attempts to turn one creature it can see within 30 feet into stone. The chosen creature must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, becoming restrained on a failure as its flesh begins to harden. While restrained in this way, the creature must succeed on a DC 12 constitution saving throw at the end of each of it's turns. A creature may use their bonus action to give them advantage on this saving throw. Creatures who fail the saving throw three times are petrified and turned to stone. Creatures who succeed this saving throw three times are no longer affected.

Bonus Actions

StoneStride. The Stone Golem hardens into a chrysalis of hexagonal pillars and it appears at any of the Stone Obelisks he has created in the past day. He brings anything that he is wearing or carrying with him.

Reactions

Stone Obelisk. When a creature attempts to make a ranged attack within 60 ft., of the Stone Golem, it may use its reaction to cause a hexagonal obelisk to form in-between the attacker and the target, giving the target 3/4 cover against the attacker.

Explosion of Stone. When a creature hits the Stone Golem, an explosion of rock erupts off of the stone golem, causing the creature to be pelted with rocks. They must succeed on a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 9 (2d8) bludgeoning damage on a failure, or half as much on a success.

Stone Shield. The Stone Golem causes a shield of stone to morph out of it's arm when a creature attempts to make a melee attack against it. Against that attack, the stone golem's AC is increased by +4.

Legendary Actions

Big Ol' Stone Golem has one legendary action that can be used at the end of any other creature's turn. He regains this legendary action at the start of his turn.

Spellcasting (Costs 1 Action). The Stone Golem uses its Spellcasting feature.

Stoner (Costs 1 Action). The Stone Golem claps both of its hands onto an opposing creature's head. The creature takes 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage and must succeed on a DC 12 constitution saving throw. Creatures who fail this saving throw are blinded, deafened, and gain one level of exhaustion.

Shake (Costs 1 Action). The Stone Golem attempts to grapple one creature within 10 ft. of itself. The creature must make a contested strength (athletics) check against the Stone Golem. Creatures who are grappled are vigorously shaken and the creature automatically fails Strength and Dexterity saving throws, and attack rolls against the creature have advantage.
