Multiattack: The walructopus can use its Frightful Presence. It can then make one bite attack and two tentacle attacks.
Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (3d12 + 7) piercing damage.
Tentacle: Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it is grappled (escape DC 20). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained and the walructopus can't use the same tentacle on another target.
Frightful Presence: Each creature of the walructopus's choice within 120 feet of it and aware of it must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the walructopus's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Ink Cloud (Recharge 5-6): A 40-foot radius of ink extends all around the walructopus if it is underwater. The area is heavily obscured for 1 minute, although a significant current can disperse the ink. After releasing the ink, the walructopus is able to move up to half its swimming speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
