Keen Senses. The Wendigo has Advantage on all Perception checks that rely on smell and sound.
Sensitive Ears. The Wendigo has Disadvantage to all saves against Thunder damage spell saving throws.
Bad Eye-sight. The Wendigo has Disadvantage on all Perception checks that rely on sight.
Pounce. If the Wendigo moves at least 20 ft. in a straight path towards a creature and successfully hits with a Claw attack in the same turn, the target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the Wendigo can make one Bite attack against it as a Bonus Action.
Multiattack. The Wendigo makes two attacks per turn.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 7) [Piercing] damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 17 (3d6 + 7) [Slashing] damage.
Horrific Glutton. When the Wendigo hits with a Bite attack, the target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or have its hit point maximum reduced by half of the damage dealt, and the target is considered Wounded. While Wounded in this way, the target cannot regain hit points except through a spell effect. The wounded target will take an additional amount of damage equal to the Wendigo's proficiency bonus at the beginning of its turn for 4 rounds as they are bleeding.
The Wendigo regains hit points equal to its proficiency bonus when a target of the Bite attack fails the DC 14 Constitution saving throw and becomes Wounded. All of the Wendigo's attacks deal additional damage equal to its proficiency bonus (+4) against a Wounded target.
Spindly Stalker. The Wendigo can take the Hide action in place of one of its attacks when the attack is part of the Multiattack action.

Description
The Wendigo is a cursed blood-lusted hunter. These rare Monstrosities are a result of a humanoid creature engaging in cannibalism repeatedly while in a location that was originally part of the Prime Material but merged with an aberrant plane. Aberrant forces have taken root in these beings, twisting them through their actions of either desperation or pure savagery.
A Wendigo remembers and understands languages it spoke before its horrific transformation, but can no longer speak or write. Their physical form is potent against blunt strikes. Non-magical bludgeoning weapons are a poor tool for putting a hungry Wendigo out of everyone's misery.
Their eyesight is so poor they are nearly blind, however, their hearing is highly sensitive and their sense of smell is almost as good. If their prey is hidden and quiet enough, the Wendigo will have no choice but to sniff them out like a hound. Due to their incredible hearing, exceptionally loud sounds are devastating to the Wendigo.
The aberrant curse of the Wendigo is deadly and can only be reversed through a Wish spell. Otherwise, the only alternative is to slay them. Should a spell or ritual be used to call their soul back to life they will be free of the curse, however, what events led them to be turned into a Wendigo in the first place may make the soul very reluctant to come back to the land of the living. Probably best to let the soul rest in peace.
