Magic Resistance. The Wild Prismatic Dragon has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects
Wild Presence. Whenever a spell is cast or a charge from a magical item is spent within 30 feet of the Wild Prismatic Dragon, there is a 50% added chance to trigger a wild surge (in addition to any pre-existing chance).
Wild Regeneration. Whenever a wild surge occurs within 30 feet of the Wild Prismatic Dragon, it regenerates 1d8 hit points.
Multiattack. The dragon makes a breath attack or three attacks: two with its claws and one with its bite. The damage is considered magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) [Piercing] damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) [Slashing] damage.
Magic Dissonance Breath (Recharge 5–6). The dragon exhales magical dissonance in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Charisma saving throw, taking 21(6d6) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Creatures who fail their saving throw are laden with magic dissonance and will trigger a wild surge next time they take an action. (Players Handbook p. 104)
