Traits

Sharpened Form. If a creature touches Xyrnest or hits him with a melee attack, the creature takes 7(2d6) slashing damage.

Deadly Blades. Xyrnest's manifested blades are magical, and ignore any resistance to slashing damage.

Innate Spellcasting. Xyrnest's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 20). The deva can innately cast the following spells, requiring only verbal components:

At will: detect evil and good, spiritual weapon(6th level)

3/day each: blade barrier, dispel evil and good, steel wind strike

1/day each: control weather

 

Actions

Multiattack. Xyrnest can use his Frightful Presence. He then makes three attacks with his Blades.  He can replace one of them with s Tail attack.

Blades. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft. or 30 ft. , one target. Hit: 24 (3d10 + 7) slashing damage. 

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage plus 9(2d8) slashing damage.

Frightful Presence. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

Darklight Whip(Recharge 5-6). Xyrnest's tail illuminates and whips an arc of mixed holy and unholy flame, striking everything in a 30-foot cone.  Each creature in the area must make a DC 20 Constitution, taking 33(5d10) radiant damage and 33(5d10) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success

Legendary Actions

Xyrnet can take 3 legendary actions, choosing form the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Xyrnest regains spent legendary actions at the start of their turn.

Tail Attack. Xyrnest makes a tail attack.

Bladed Wing Attack(Costs 2 Actions). Xyrnest manifest's wings comprised of blades, which then break apart, causing blade feathers to fly out with the force. Each creature within 10 feet of the dragon must succeed on a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw or take (2d6+7) slashing damage and be knocked prone. Xyrnest can then leap up to half his walking speed.
