Magic Resistance. The augur has advantage on saving throws against spells and magical effects.
Innate Spellcasting. The augur's innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 19, +11 to hit with spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At Will: Burning Hands, Cure Wounds (as a 3rd level spell), Flaming Sphere, Scorching Ray, Hellish Rebuke
3/Day Each: Plant Growth, Aura of Life, Fire Shield
1/Day Each: Flame Strike, Mass Cure Wounds, Fire Storm, Revivify
Multiattack. The augur makes four Burning Touch attacks.
Burning Touch. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6+3) fire damage. If the target is a creature or a flammable object, it ignites. Until a creature uses its action to douse the flames on the burning target, it takes 11 (2d10) fire damage at the end of each of its turns.
Spawn Beast of the Blaze (1/Day). The augur summons a Beast of CR 4 or lower, which is made of fire. The Beast appears in an unoccupied space of the augur's choice that it can see within 60 ft. of it. Each creature within 15 ft. of the beast other than the augur when it appears must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 14 (4d6) fire damage. A creature wearing metal armor or holding a weapon made of metal is vulnerable to this damage, unless it has resistance or immunity to fire damage.
The beast remains for 1 minute, or until the augur dismisses it with another bonus action. Until it is dismissed, the beast shares the augur's initiative, but takes its turn immediately after the augur. Any attacks the beast makes deal fire damage instead of its normal damage type.
Description
Blaze augurs are creatures that are spawned when a Druid with a tightly-knit connection to nature is consumed by a raging wildfire. Consumed by searing flames and the fires of desperation, these beings have transcended their mortality to become one with the fires that make up its being.
Cold, Yet Burning. While they are consumed by wreathing flames, their personalities only seldom reflect those of when they were mortal - now, they are cold and calculating, intent on spreading more than its fair share of despair to those that seek them out.
