Traits

Gravity Intolerance. Bloodsacs avoid strong gravity fields (equivalent of a size class A or larger world). Any bloodsac caught within the atmosphere of such a well flees as quickly as possible. While it is in it, the bloodsac cannot attack and loses its positive Dexterity bonus.

Attach. When a Bloodsac Hatchling makes a successful touch attack, it attaches to the target. The Bloodsac will refuse to let go until it has dealt 12 Constitution damage to the target. If this occurs, the Bloodsac can still make touch attacks, but can no longer attach to a target.

Alternatively, the affected creature could pull the bloodsac off of it with a successful opposing Strength check, however upon a success, the target takes (1d6) piercing damage from the removal. When attached to a creature, the Bloodsac has an AC of 11, and will automatically detach itself upon its own death.

If the creature that the Bloodsac is feeding on dies from a lack of Constitution, and the Bloodsac can still continue feeding, it will instead feed on cranial fluid. For each round that a Bloodsac is attached to a corpse, the creature takes (1d6) permanent Intelligence damage and it loses all memory of who or what it was if it is revived. The Bloodsac relinquishes the corpse if it dies, is pulled off forcibly, or if it finishes feeding.

Protoplasm. The Bloodsac's body is primitive, yet efficient, and is immune to critical hit damage, unconsciousness, paralysis, stuns, and poisons.

Implant. For each adult bloodsac that has killed a Small-sized or larger victim, there is a 50% chance that it was a female and has laid eggs in the victim's body. The eggs hatch 2d6 days later, bursting the body asunder and releasing the voraciously hungry bloodsac hatchlings.

Actions

Touch. Melee Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, range 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d6+1) piercing damage and (1d6) temporary Constitution damage for each round that it stays attached to a creature. If the Bloodsac is full, the target takes no Constitution damage.
