Traits

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Wenti fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Marshal Undead. Unless Wenti is incapacitated, undead creatures of her choice within 60 feet of her have advantage on saving throws against features that turn undead.

Turning Immunity. Wenti is immune to features that turn undead.

Special Equipment. Wenti wields a Scythe named Catastrophe. When a creature other than her wields it, it has the statistics of a greataxe, +3

Actions

Multiattack. Wenti makes two Catastrophe (Scythe) attacks.

Catastrophe (Scythe). Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (1d12 + 9) slashing damage plus 16 (4d8) necrotic damage. Hit points lost to this weapon's damage can be regained only through a short or long rest, rather than by regeneration, magic, or any other means.

Call Undead (1/Day). Wenti conjures skeletons and zombies, calling forth as many of them as can be divided into 500 hit points among, each undead having average hit points. The undead magically rise up from the ground or otherwise form in unoccupied spaces within 300 feet of her and obey her commands until they are destroyed or until dawn of the next day.

Cataclysmic Breath (Recharge 5–6). Wenti exhales a wave of ghostly purple flames in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature dies if the breath reduces it to 0 hit points. Additionally, any Medium or smaller Humanoid killed by the breath’s damage, as well as every corpse of such a creature within the cone, becomes a zombie (see the Monster Manual) under Wenti’s control. The zombie acts on Wenti’s initiative, but immediately after Wenti’s turn.

Bonus Actions

Ghostly Binding. Wenti creates ethereal bindings around a creature she can see within 60 feet of her. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be restrained until the end of Wenti’s next turn.

Vile Curse. Wenti targets one creature she can see within 30 feet of her. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be magically cursed. Until the curse ends, the target has disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the curse on a success.

Legendary Actions

Wenti can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Wenti regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

Attack. Wenti attacks with Catastrophe.

Finger of Doom (Costs 2 Actions). Wenti points at one creature she can see within 300 feet of her. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or take 39 (6d12) necrotic damage and become frightened until the end of Wenti’s next turn. While frightened in this way, the creature is also paralyzed.

Description

In her dragon state Wenti has the appearance of a massive and intimidating undead dragon. In her human state, Wenti takes the appearance of a beautiful but petite woman. Her clothes consist of a long black coat and a light colored skirt along with long black detached sleeves and knee high stockings. She has silver hair with two tufts of it curving upwards on both sides of her head in what resembles a pair of horns. Venti has a relatively straight foward and zealous personality. She shows absolute obedience towards Adalman and reveres Rimuru as her God.

Eternal, the Endless. Wenti doesn’t require air, food, drink, or sleep. In addition, at the start of each of Wenti's turns, she regains 15 hit points. Her hit point maximum cannot be reduced.

Life Eater. A creature dies if reduced to 0 hit points by Wenti and can’t be revived except by a wish spell.
