Charge. If the Bone Wyvern moves at least 20ft straight toward a creature and then hits it with a Gore attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 13(2d12) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be knocked Prone.
Territorial Nature. Whenever a creature steps into the range of the Bone Wyvern's attacks, the Bone Wyvern can use its reaction to make an opportunity attack against that creature.
Glide. If the Bone Wyvern falls and isn't Incapacitated, it subtracts up to 100ft from the fall when calculating the fall's damage, and it can move up to 2 feet horizontally for every 1 foot it descends.
Multiattack: The Bone Wyvern makes three attacks, one with its Bite or Gore, one with its Claws, and one with its Tail.
Bite: Melee weapon attack, +8 to hit, reach 10ft, one target. Hit 16(2d10+5) piercing damage. If the target is medium or smaller, it is grappled(escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the target is Restrained, and the Bone Wyvern can't bite another creature.
Claw: Melee weapon attack, +8 to hit, reach 10ft, one target. Hit 12(2d6+5) slashing damage.
Gore: Melee weapon attack, +8 to hit, reach 10ft, one target. Hit 18(2d12+5) piercing damage.
Tail: Melee weapon attack, +8 to hit, reach 15ft, one target. Hit 18(3d8+5) slashing damage and the target must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the target is grievously wounded and loses 5(1d10) hit points at the start of each of its turns. A creature can use its action to staunch the bleeding with a successful DC 12 Wisdom(Medicine) check.
Sleep Breath(Recharge 5-6): The Bone Wyvern exhales deep purple gas in a 30ft cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or fall Unconscious for 5 minutes. This effect ends for a creature if the creature takes damage or someone uses an action to wake it.
Description
Bone Wyverns are large wyverns that inhabit the mountains of Rhymorra. Bone Wyverns are easily distinguishable by their bone-white skin, their blade-like tails as opposed to stingers, and most notably, their massive horns. Bone Wyverns exploit these horns to the best of their ability, charging into an enemy before circling back and charging again. Bone Wyverns are surprisingly fast, capable of moving almost as fast as a Rage Drake when running using only two limbs. Bone Wyvern's wings are underdeveloped and are only used for gliding, but when they reach 100 years old, Bone Wyverns will travel to the Deep Caverns and the Molten Caves, searching for a Vengeful Spirit. The spirit will then possess the Wyvern, burning away its horns and granting it new abilities. Bone Wyverns can be trained out of this behavior if one has one as a mount, but there are those riders who couldn't pass up the opportunity to ride a Bone Shadow Wyvern.
