Ashen Camouflage. The ashen shadowblade can attempt to hide in areas of dense ash or smoke, granting it advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide.

Shadow Teleport (Recharge 5-6): The ashen shadowblade magically teleports, along with any equipment it is wearing or carrying, up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. It can then make one necrotic blade attack as a bonus action.
Ashen Burst (Recharge 6): The ashen shadowblade releases a burst of dark ash, creating a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on itself. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 22 (4d10) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures that fail the saving throw are also blinded until the end of their next turn.
Necrotic Blade. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) necrotic damage.
