Flight of the Storm. Aether has the ability to fly for a period of 10 minutes. This does not require concentration. This ability can only be used once per day.
Storm Manipulation. Aether know's the Control Flames cantrip. Starting at 3rd level, she can cast the Thunderous Smite Spell with this trait, without requiring a material component or concentration. Starting at 5th level, she can also cast the Thunder Step spell with this trait, as a reaction without requiring a material component. Once she cast Thunderous Smite or Thunder Step with this trait, she can’t cast that spell with it again until she finish a long rest. She can also cast either of those spells using any spell slots you have of the appropriate level.
Storm Master: Aether can cast the Call Lightning spell (save DC 16) without requiring concentration. Additionally, Aether's Call Lightning spell deals an extra 2d10 lightning damage on a failed saving throw.
Multiattack. Aether makes two Thunderbolt attacks or one attack with her Chain Lightning.
Thunderbolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (5d8) force damage.
Chain Lightning. Aether releases a bolt of lightning that arcs towards up to three targets within 60 feet of each other. The primary target must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 33 (6d10) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The lightning then arcs to a second target within 30 feet of the first, and then to a third target within 30 feet of the second. The secondary and tertiary targets must each make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 22 (4d10) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
Spellcasting. Aether casts one of the following spells, using Intelligence as her spellcasting ability (spell save DC 16):
At will: control flames ,guidance, shocking grasp
2/day each: bane (at 3rd level), cure wounds (at 3rd level)
1/day: counterspell
Storm Manipulation. Aether can cast the Thunder Step spell with this trait, as a reaction without requiring a material component.
