the never ending Melody. the bear can be perelazied or ordet to stop playing with psychic abelites.

Lute Master. as an action, anyone that has touched the bear and whos within 60 ft. that can hear you gains an inspiration die (1d8). For 10 minutes, those creatures can add it to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. This can be added after seeing the roll, but before knowing the outcome.
The flute of Death. as an action, anyone that the bear ses as an enemy and is within 60ft. can hear you get curds with disadvantage to all rolls.
The Bonk. as an action the Bear can use its lute as Melee Weapon Attack: 1d6 [rollable] + str

At first glans it looks like nothing but a normal brown Bear, but at closer look one can tell that it cares a backpack with a lute, green bard hat (bycoket), 20ft rope shoulder plat and other varieties of items depending on where you find it. with its large and intimidating physic it dose no harm, its praktkly harmless.
the Bard Bear can be found doing three thing eating, playing music on its lute and walking not counting sleeping. BB is know to be found playing on is lute just like a human would do. it is know that the lute is not only instrument it know how to play but it seems to have a strong preferens to play the lute even when the beast is given a opsein to pick.
beside from the odd music human like behavior, it doesn't show any other human behaviors like taking, manners or the ability to use fork. it has hit a man with its lute ones. but besides that the bear is not a fret, to the point it has been seen playing in taverns.
