Spider Climb. The spider can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Necromantic Venom: Any creature large or smaller that dies within 8 hours of being bit by the spider will resurrect as a husk after 1 hour.
Multiattack. the spider makes 3 attacks one with its necrotic bite and 2 with its piercing legs.
Necrotic Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 7) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw, on a failed save target takes 18 (4d8) necrotic damage and gains a level of exhaustion on a successful save the target takes half as much damage and does not gain a point of exhaustion.
Piercing Leg. Melee weapon attack: +12 to hit, reach 10ft, one creature hit: 14 (2d6+7) piercing damage and the target must make a DC17 strength saving throw or be pierced by the leg and grappled by the spider.
Venom spray (Recharge 5-6). The spider sprays necromantic venom from its fangs in a 50ft cone each creature in that area must make a DC19 Dexterity saving throw, taking 66 (12d10) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one
The spider can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one Legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creatures turn. the spider regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Feed. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5ft one creature Hit: 18 (2d10+7) piercing damage and the spider gains temporary hit points equal to the damage done.
piercing Leg. The spider makes a piercing leg attack.
Crashing leap ( costs 2 actions). The spider jumps into the air, moving up to half its speed in any direction. Each creature within 10ft of the spider must make succeed on a DC17 strength saving throw or take 13 (2d6+6) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.
Description
To snare its prey, a giant spider spins elaborate webs or shoots sticky strands of webbing from its abdomen. Giant spiders are most commonly found underground, making their lairs on ceilings or in dark, web-filled crevices. Such lairs are often festooned with web cocoons holding past victims.
