Traits

Diamond Resiliance (Recharges after a Short or Long rest). If the aspect would be reduced to 0 hit points, their current hit point total instead resets to 500 hit points, they recharge their Breath Weapon, and they regain any expended uses of Legendary Resistance. Additionally, the aspect can now use the options in the "Mythic Actions" section for 1 hour. Award a party an additional 155,000 XP (310,000 XP total) for defeating the
Aspect of Izzuth after their Diamond Resiliance activates

Legendary Resistance (5/Day). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Actions

Multiattack. The aspect makes one Bite attack, one Claw attack, and one Tail attack.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (2d10 + 10) piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d6 + 10) slashing damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d8 + 10) bludgeoning damage.

Breath Weapons (Recharge 5–6). The dragon uses one of the following breath weapons.

Diamond Prism (Recharge 5-6). The aspect exhales a multi-colored radiant beam in a 300-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 25 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 66 (12d10) (12d10) damage of a type of the aspect’s choosing: Force, Necrotic, Psychic, Radiant or Thunder. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage.

Bonus Actions

Change Shape. The aspect magically polymorphs into a humanoid or beast that has a challenge rating no higher than its own, or back into its true form. It reverts to its true form if it dies. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying is absorbed or borne by the new form (the aspect's choice).

In a new form, the aspect retains its alignment, hit points, Hit Dice, ability to speak, proficiencies, Legendary Resistance, lair actions, and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores, as well as this action. Its statistics and capabilities are otherwise replaced by those of the new form, except any class features or legendary actions of that form.

Legendary Actions

The aspect can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The aspect regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Attack. The aspect makes one claw or tail attack.

Furious Bite (Costs 2 Actions). The aspect makes one Bite attack. Ifthe attack hits a creature, the target must succeed on a DC 27 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of the aspect until the end of its next turn.

Mythic Actions

If the aspect’s Diamond Resiliance trait has activated in the last hour, they can use the options below as legendary actions.
Hurl Through Limbo (Costs 2 Actions). The aspect targets a creature they are grappling. The creature must succeed on a DC 25 Charisma saving throw or take 44 (8d10) psychic damage
and be banished to Gith and Slaad (the first layer of Limbo).
At the start of the aspect’s next turn, the creature reappears in an unoccupied space within 10 feet of the aspect.

Diamond Shard (Costs 3 Actions). The aspect flares with energy, shooting shards of diamonds in a 120-foot-radius sphere centered on them. Any creature within the area must make a DC 25 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 39 (6d12) Piercing damage. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage.
