2 Spell Slots
Spellcasting. The warlock is a 4th level spellcaster. It's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15, +6 to hit with spell attacks). It regains its expended spell slots when it finishes a short or long rest. It knows the following warlock spells.
Cantrip
Eldritch Blast: A beam of crackling energy streaks toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10+4 force damage. (At will, +6 to hit, range 120 ft. Total Beams: 2)
(Lance of Lethargy. Once per turn, when he hits a creature with Eldritch Blast, he reduces its movement speed by 10 feet until the end of her next turn.)
Spells
Hex: You place a curse on a creature that you can see within range. Until the spell ends, you deal an extra 1d6 necrotic damage to the target whenever you hit it with an attack. Also, choose one ability when you cast the spell. The target has disadvantage on ability checks made with the chosen ability.
Chill Touch: You create a ghostly, skeletal hand in the space of a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the creature to assail it with the chill of the grave. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 necrotic damage, and it can't regain hit points until the start of your next turn. Until then, the hand clings to the target. If you hit an undead target, it also has disadvantage on attack rolls against you until the end of your next turn.
Multiattack. The goblin warlock makes two Force Strike attacks.
Force Strike. Melee or Ranged Spell Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 120 ft., one target. Hit: (1d10 + 4) force damage, and the target is pulled up to 10 feet toward the goblin warlock or pushed 10 feet away from it, as the goblin warlock chooses.
Nimble Escape. The goblin warlock can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of its turns.
Misty Escape (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). In response to taking damage, the goblin warlock turns invisible and teleports up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. It remains invisible until the start of its next turn or until it attacks, makes a damage roll, or casts a spell.
