Stench. Any creature that starts its turn within 5 ft. of the Bloated Corpse must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the start of its next turn. On a successful saving throw, the creature is immune to the Bloated Corpse's Stench for 24 hours.
Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 1 hit point instead.
Eruption. When the Bloated Corpse is reduced to 0 hit points, it explodes in a 20 ft. radius, sending bile and viscera in every direction. Each creature within that radius must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity Saving Throw, taking 4d6 acid damage as well as being thrown back 10 ft. for 1d6 force damage and being placed prone on a fail. On a successful save, take half as much and remain standing.
Multiattack. The Bloated Corpse can make two Unarmed Strike attacks in one turn, or one Bite attack on a grappled target.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage.
Grapple. The Bloated Corpse attempts to grapple one target within 5 ft. of it that has the size of medium or smaller. The target must make a contested Athletics or Dexterity check to dodge the attack. The Bloated Corpse has advantage on this attack if the target is within 5 ft. of an enemy.
Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (1d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage.
