Bonus Actions

Siphon. The Akuzcan may grapple any creature of size medium or lower within melee rane, siphoning off blood using its proboscus. This action deals 1d6 - 1 initial piercing damage and 1 additional piercing damage for every turn the Akuzcan remains in contact with the target. During this time, attack rolls against the Akuzcan have advantage and it cannot make any actions or reactions. At any point during its next turns, the Akuzcan can choose to end the action, moving 5 feet away.

Description

The Akuzcan, a solitary tree-borne predator of insectile descent, features a long retractable proboscis, lengthy appendages, and an armored torso, head and pair of forearms. Its complex optical system allows it to identify temperature, helping it identify prey in the trees before paralyzing them and draining their blood. It obtains its neurotoxins by attracting venomous insects and filtering toxins from the blood into sacs behind the eyes using a powerful biological filtration system.
