Traits

Amphibious. Biaas can breathe air and water.

Amphora of the Poison-Drinker (5/long rest). As a bonus action, Biaas drinks from his amphora, regaining 32 (10d4+10) hit points.

Drunken Technique. If Biaas doesn't miss any attacks on his turn, he gains the benefits of the Disengage action, and his speed increases by 10 feet until the start of his next turn.

Empowered Strikes. Biaas's unarmed strikes are considered magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical damage.

Foresight. Any attacks made against Biaas is made with disadvantage. If he takes more than 10 damage in a round, this ability is supressed until the end of his next turn.

Tipsy Sway. If Biaas is prone, he can spend 5 feet of movement to stand up, instead of half his speed.

Actions

Multiattack. Biaas makes three unarmed strikes.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8+6) bludgeoning damage, plus 9 (2d8) poison damage.

Bonus Actions

Boogie Woogie (Recharge 5-6). Biaas targets two creatures he can see within 60 feet of himself as a bonus action. The two targets must make a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or magically swap places. If only one target fails, it is instead swapped with Biaas. Biaas can target himself with this feature, and a creature can willingly fail this saving throw. If Biaas's Foresight ability is supressed, Boogie Woogie recharges automatically.

Reactions

Tipsy Sway. If a creature misses Biaas with a melee weapon attack, Biaas can cause the attack to target another creature within 5 feet of himself, not including the attacker.

Description

Biaas was once an orphan at a temple of Ephara, left there by his mother. He grew bored of his life there and ran away to live a life of drinking and debauchery. During this time, he learned that no matter what sort of alcohol he drank, he could not get drunk. This is a result of Biaas's heritage--he is the son of Dion, God of festivities and wine. After he died, Biaas asked Athreos to return his life so that he may find a drink that could give him what he desired. He now travels as one of the Eight Exceptions, searching for this fabled booze.
