Multiattack. The serpent makes two attacks: one for each head.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5ft., one creature. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage plus 3 (1d6) fire damage.
Constrict. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (2d4 + 1) bludgeoning damage plus 5 (2d4 + 1) fire damage. The bicephalous fire serpent wraps itself around a creature, crushing and burning it. The target is grappled (escape DC 14). Until the grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the serpent can't constrict another creature. Additionally, if the target fails to break the grapple, it takes another 5 (2d4 + 1) fire damage at the end of the target's turn.
Description
The bicephalous fire serpent inhabits pools of lava, lurking under the surface and rearing its two heads as its oblivious prey approaches. Its body is made of flames and lava, almost too hot and bright to look at. Insatiable, it will consume whoever nears its lair.
They belong in the fire plane but have been the subject of summoning by dark wizards and sorcerers.
