Traits

Bisolta, The Forest Hears Thee. A beast of Bisolta's choosing is summoned each (1d6) turn to support him in the fight. Once a beast is summoned, repeat the (1d6) roll.

Druidic Eyes. Bisolta has advantage on Wisdom and Dexterity saving throws.

Spellcasting. Bisolta is a 5th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is 18 (14, + 4 to hit with spell attacks). Bisolta has following Druid spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Druidcraft, Thorn Whip, Resistance

1st level (4 slots): Charm Person, Healing Word, Entangle,  Thunderwave

2nd level (3 slots): Gust of Wind, Flame Blade, Locate Object

3rd level (2 slots): Call Lightning, Conjure Animals

Actions

Multiattack. Bisolta makes two attacks with his staff.

Staff of Bisolta. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 6) bludgeoning damage.

Judgement of Bisolta. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 45/180 ft., 1 target. Hit: 24 (4d6+ 6) force damage. An 180 ft. line of pure arcane druidic energy is released from the Staff of Bisolta, dealing force damage to those within the range.

Reactions

Entangle Weaponry.  If a melee attack is made against Bisolta, they can choose to use a reaction to cast entangle on the weapon, using a 1st level spell slot in the process. The damage done by this weapon is halved until the spell duration ends or the user succeeds on a DC 15 strength check and removes the entanglement.

Description

Bisolta is often referred to as The Druid of The Ember Plateau, primarily due to the fact that he serves as an almost entirely neutral guardian of the land there. Very little is known about the entity, other than he has starkly Elven features, and many enemies, yet many companions. He most often calls upon the beasts of nature to aid him in his defensive quest. If any expedition or force is attempting to pass through the plains, the entirety of the forest will stand against them - with Bisolta at their head, bearing the feared Staff of Bisolta.
