Description
The souls of various villains of Tribain have been captured by a powerful Trap Soul spell and held in gems. To make them safe to handle, the gems are fractured, and the different aspects of the soul are used to power various constructs for domestic use.
The Allocation Helmet is an enchanted helmet encrusted with a two very small fragments of souls from different villains. It's domestic function is to make decisions in Human Resources departments, and is used in corporation settings by the council of Miltown. It does so by pairing the Human-Resources skills from the Orc 'Grugor Kelpug' (first-mate of infamous pirate Ship 'The Skewering Mast') with the graphological deduction abilities of 'Silent Fangs' the Tabaxi Assassin. It functions by placing a person or group of peoples names inside it's eye-slit mouth and having it speak aloud a suitable position for them.
The helmet is a full-face covering Knight's helmet with one narrow slit for the wearer, although it is never intended to be worn. It has the two encrusted gem fragments solidly trapped either side where the wearers ears would be.
If worn by a person, they make must a Constitution saving throw of 5 to inherit the ability to make excellent HR decisions. On a fail, the fractured souls of the villains inside take control of the persons body and will try to escape. That persons body then inherits the Stat block and Actions/Attacks of this Monster, but the HP and speed of the wearer.
