Traits

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Yharon fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Phoenix's Call. Once Yharon reaches <10% hit points, he regains all of his hit points, his attacks are always critical hits, and his AC rises by 2. In addition to this, the air begins to get warmer and each creature that doesn't have fire resistance must make a DC 11 Constitution saving throw every turn or take 5 (1d4 + 6) fire damage.

Rebirth. When Yharon dies, his body turns to ashes and he reverts into an egg, and he is unable to take physical form for a year.

Dragonfire. Yharon's fire attacks ignore fire resistance and turn fire immunity into a resistance.

Actions

Multiattack. Yharon attacks twice with his claws.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 6) slashing damage.

Flare Bomb. Ranged Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 60/180 ft., up to three different targets. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 6) fire damage.

Flare Tornado. A 10-foot-radius, 30-foot-high flare tornado centered on a point within range appears. When a creature enters the area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it is engulfed in flames that cause searing pain, and it must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw. It takes 14 (2d10 + 6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The tornado fades away after 3 rounds.

Flare Dust. A sphere of flares appears from Yharon and he fires them out in a 60-foot-sphere. Any creature in the sphere must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. It takes 17 (3d8 + 6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Legendary Actions

Yharon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Yharon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Claw Attack. Yharon makes two claw attacks.

Heal. Yharon uses up to 3 of his hit dice to regain HP.

Mega Flare Bomb (Costs 2 Actions). Yharon unleashes an upgraded Flare Bomb. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 45 ft., up to five different targets. Hit: 26 (5d8 + 6) fire damage.

Description

Yharon is one of the oldest and strongest dragons in existence. As a phoenix, he is reborn every time he dies. He is an extremely terrifying foe that should not be taken lightly. You even feel the air get warmer around you when he gets close. If you see him, run. Do not even think of fighting him. Because once you hear his call, good luck staying alive.
