Description
The Black Mamba is an extremely venomous species of snake. With its back covered in very dark scales- sometimes, but not always black, the adults of this snake species grow to become around 10 feet long. Typically, they make their homes in moderately dry environments such as light woodland, rocky hills, and semi-arid savanna. While not blind, Black Mambas have incredible senses, being able to detect predator and prey with the slightest movement or sound. When provoked, these dangerous serpents rapidly attack their target, striking them multiple times within a second, with each strike injecting their victim with more of its deadly venom.
As a familiar, the Black Mamba conjured is still fairly young, and measures between 3 and 4 feet.
