Multiattack: Warty makes one bite attack and one tongue attack.
Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage.
Tongue Lash: Ranged Weapon Attack, +3 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: The target is grappled (escape DC 13) and takes 5 (1d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage.
Hypnotic Stare: Warty can spend 2 legendary actions to fix its gaze upon a target within 30 feet. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 14) or become charmed by Warty for 1 minute. While charmed, the target is incapacitated and can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. Additionally, Warty gains advantage on attack rolls against the charmed target.
