Description
Second daughter of Reginleif, Queen of the Valkyries. Elegant and deadly are a few of the many words that can describe a valkyrie in the battlefield, they are also known to have divine beauty under their rough warrior appearances. If ever you see a valkyrie walking nearby, know that a warrior died an honorable death somewhere close.
Wingless Divine. Most warriors swear that they saw the valkyrie with white, feathery wings as they descended into battle; however, the wings of a valkyrie are spectral, appearing whenever the valkyrie attempts to fly. This causes the valkyrie to be easily mistaken with a normal female warrior when they hide their wings.
Deliverers of Spirits. The main duty of a valkyrie is to transport the souls of the fallen and the brave dead to peace, and to do so they were given the ability to carry the spirits to their final resting place.
Mortal Desire. A valkyrie doesn't require food, drink, or sleep; however, many do so around others if only for the joy of feasting with heroes and warriors of equal worth.
Personality. Delsamona is driven by a strong desire to distinguish herself among her sisters and earn recognition for her achievements. She carries herself with confidence and authority, seeking validation for her skills as a judge and shepherd of fallen warriors' spirits.
Competitiveness. Delsamona is subtly competitive with Cleovadre, wanting to prove that she is just as capable and deserving of praise. She constantly seeks ways to distinguish herself within the sisterhood, striving to become a legendary Valkyrie in her own right.
Weakness. Delsamona struggles with her emotions when judging fallen warriors. While she tries to remain dispassionate, the weight of their stories and the sadness of their deaths affect her deeply. She wrestles with the burden of not being able to save everyone, leading to occasional bouts of self-doubt.
Unique Insight/Strength. Delsamona possesses an innate connection to the memories and life experiences of fallen warriors. She can tap into their stories and draw wisdom from their past, providing her with unique insights on the nature of sacrifice and valor.
