Keen Senses. This creature has Advantage on Perception checks that rely on sound or smell.

Glide. This creature takes no falling damage and it can fall diagonally rather than vertically, it loses this ability while Incapacitated.

Multiattack. This creature makes 2 attacks as part of its Attack Action.

• Fanged Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, Reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 3) Piercing damage.
• Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, Reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) Slashing damage.

Echolocation. The creature lets out an accute screech that can be heard up to 100ft. away, gaining Blindsight (100ft.) until the start of its next turn. The creature can't benefit from this ability while Deafened.

Blood Drain. Immediately after damaging a Grappled creature with its Fanged Bite, this creature may use a Bonus Action to heal itself an amount equal to half the damage dealt by the Attack.

Intimidate. When targeted by a Melee Attack, the creature assumes a menacing stance; applying a penalty to Meele Attack Rolls made against it equal to its Strength modifier. This effect lasts until the start of its next turn, but ends early if the creature is Incapacitated, or if it's successfully hit with an Attack. Creatures that are immune to being Frightened are immune to this feature.
