Description

These archivists are the avatars of the Eye from throughout history each guarding their libraries, but following their deaths, they have been brought back to protect the pupil of the eye. These walking corpses are clad in chainmail with black cloth adorned upon it, their eyes have been removed from their skulls leaving hollow sockets, with their eyes replaced with the green light of the Eye's true sight, their skin has been left rotten after their multitude of years in their graves.

Lair and Lair Actions

The archivists belong to the Panopticon, the revived corpses of the previous archivist have been summoned to the Panopticon in order to protect the Pupil of the Eye from attackers. They lie in wait in the dimly lit base of the panopticon bathed in the green light of the Eye's sight, surrounded by the obsidian bricks of the panopticon

Panopticon Actions

On initiative count 5, the archivist takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the archivist can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • Sky's Eye - As the archivist grow desperate they call upon the pupil of the panopticon and beg the light of the Eye to shine upon its enemies, allowing for the casting of Sky's Eye upon 1 creature within 30ft of the archivist.
  • Synaptic Static - The archivist as they feel the growing pain throughout the battle, their mind retaliates and releases a synaptic blast centring upon the archivist.

Regional Effects
