Traits

Chemtech Cyborg. Urgot's cyborg body gives him resistance to nonmagical physical attacks and filters toxins out of the air for him. His large machine gun, Purge, also deals double damage against objects and structures.

Limited Darkvision. Accustomed to life in the trench of Zaun, Urgot can see in dim light within 60 feet of him as if it were bright light. However, complete darkness still renders him unable to see properly.

Echoing Flames. Urgot’s Purge attacks trigger a 15-foot cone of chemtech flames that erupt form one of his six legs if a creature is in range (Each leg can fire only once per round). Each cone deals 15 (3d8) fire damage to all creatures in range, not just the target of the Purge attack.
Each leg has a Recharge (4-6) property and a Dexterity save (DC 18) for creatures that weren't the target of Purge.

Legendary Resistance (2/Day). If Urgot fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Immutable Form. Urgot is immune to any effect that would alter his form.

Vantage Shooter. Urgot's height, size, and cyborg body grants him a vantage against creatures within 5ft. of him. Urgot does not suffer disadvantage on ranged attacks he makes against foes in melee, or prone while adjacent to him and can make attacks of opportunity with Purge.

Actions

Multiattack. Urgot attacks three times with Purge. He can substitute one Purge attack for Corrosive Charge.

Purge. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, (range 100/260), one target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 7) piercing damage.
Burst Fire (Recharge 4-6). Urgot targets a 15-foot cube and hails bullets at creatures within. Creatures must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take 25 (5d8) piercing damage.

Corrosive Charge (Recharge 5-6). Urgot fires a chemtech explosive device at a point within 40ft. of him. Creatures within 20ft. of this point must succeed a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take 40 (8d8) acid damage on a failed save.

Fear Beyond Death (Recharge 6). Urgot fires a chemdrill at one creature within 30 feet of him. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take 12 (2d10) piercing damage and be marked for 3 turns. If the creature falls below 30% of their max hit points while marked, Urgot immediately begins to reel them into the large metal grinder in his torso.
At Initiative count 20 (losing ties) on the next round, if the creature is still chained, they are reduced to 0 hit points with 2 Death Saving Throw failures and are ejected below Urgot.
*Fear Beyond Death does not recharge while a creature is marked or being pulled in.

Bonus Actions

Disdain. Urgot attempts to grapple and flip a creature adjacent to him. The target must make a DC 20 Strength saving throw or be moved to a space Urgot chooses and fall prone. If the target fails by more than 5 they are also stunned until the start of their next turn. Urgot gains 15 temporary hit points when he successfully flips someone.

Legendary Actions

Urgot can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Urgot regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Attack. Urgot makes one Purge attack.

Cull. Urgot uses Burst Fire if it has recharged.

SHOTGUN KNEES. Urgot resets any Echoing Flames used this round.

Mercy (Costs 2 Actions). Urgot recharges Fear Beyond Death.

Condemn the Weak (Costs 3 Actions). Urgot attacks every creature in range of an untriggered Echoing Flames with Purge.

Description

"If they could only comprehend the truth of the Dredge... I wouldn't need to drive it into their skulls." -Urgot

Once a powerful Noxian headsman, Urgot was betrayed by the empire for which he had killed so many. Bound in iron chains, he was forced to learn the true meaning of strength in the Dredge—a prison mine deep beneath Zaun. Emerging in a disaster that spread chaos throughout the city, he now casts an imposing shadow over its criminal underworld. Raising his victims on the very chains that once enslaved him, he will purge his new home of the unworthy, making it a crucible of pain.
