Evasion. If the spy is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, the spy instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw and only half damage if it fails, provided the spy isn’t incapacitated.
Special Equipment. All Augen Trust spies wear a band of loyalty. If the spy is reduced to zero hit points while attuned to a band of loyalty, they instantly die.
Multiattack. The spy makes three Shortsword or Shortbow attacks.
Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage plus 3 (1d6) psychic damage.
Shortbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage plus 3 (1d6) psychic damage.
Uncanny Dodge. The spy halves the damage that it takes from an attack that hits it. The spy must be able to see the attacker.
Sneak Attack (1/Turn). The spy deals an extra 12 (4d6) damage when it hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of the spy that isn't incapacitated and the spy doesn't have disadvantage on the attack roll.
Description
Little is known about the Augen Trust, even within the court of the Dwendalian Empire. Only one person knows all the members of this elite network of imperial spies: its leader, Oliver Schreiber, a noble gnome with the ear of King Dwendal.
If you were favored with membership in the Augen Trust, your entire life was laid bare before the secret spymaster at one point, and you were found to be a loyal servant of the empire with a particular set of skills. Betraying the Trust is high treason against the crown, and defectors are hunted down and quickly slain.
