Special Equipment. Valeera Wears the cloak of protection and the bracers of defence, giving her a +3 to AC when not wearing any armor.
Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the Valeera fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
Disarming Charm. When Valeera isn't wearing any armor, her AC includes her charisma modifier.
Evasion. If Valeera is subjected to an effect that allows her to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, she takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails, provided he isn’t incapacitated.
Sea Legs. Valeera has advantage on ability checks and saving throws to resist being pushed or knocked prone.
High Elf Ancestry. Valeera can cast one cantrip of her choice at will and has learned to use it alongside her other combat abelites, allowing her to use it as an attack.
Multiattack. The Valeera makes three Rapier or water bolt attacks.
Rapier, +3 . Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (1d8 + 10) piercing damage.
Water Bolt (Cantrip). Melee or Ranged Spell Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft, or range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 6) cold damage. The target must succeed on a DC12 STR saving throw or be pushed back 5 feet and knocked prone. If her target is standing near a ship's railing, they are pushed over.
Advanced Parry. Anytime Valeera is targeted by a melee or non-spell ranged attack that she can see, she can use her reaction to parry or deflect the attack, giving her a +5 to AC.
Valeera can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Valeera regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
Legendary Duelist. (1 Acton Each)
Advanced Parry. Anytime Valeera is targeted by a melee or non-spell ranged attack that she can see, but has already used her reaction, she can use one legendary action to parry or deflect the attack, giving her a +5 to AC.
Riposte. Anytime a melee attack fails to hit her by more than 7, Veleera can expend a legendary action to make a melee attack on the attacker. If she does, she does so with advantage, taking advantage of her opponent's clumsy strike.
