Traits

Evasion. If Ajani is subjected to an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, he instead takes no damage if he succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if he fails. He can’t use this trait if he’s incapacitated.

Protective Aura. Ajani and friendly creatures within 30 feet of the paladin gain a +4 bonus to the saving throws and are immune to the frightened condition.

Divine Stike. Ajani uses his divine powers and adds an extra 2d8 radiant damage when he makes a melee weapon attack.

Spellcasting.
Ajani's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks).

Ajani can cast the following paladin spells:

1/day each: Banishment, Bless, Command, Dispel Magic, Death Ward, Destructive Wave, See Invisibility, Shield of Faith

Actions

Multiattack. Ajani makes three weapon attacks. And he can cast a spell in place of one of their attacks.

Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: + 10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (1d8 + 7) slashing damage plus (2d8) radiant damage.

Javelin. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: + 10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 5) piercing damage.

Paragon of Devotion (1/day). As an action, the paladin momentarily consolidates their inner strength, gaining the following benefits for 1 minute:

  • The paladin has resistance to all damage.
  • When the paladin takes the Attack action on their turn, they can make one additional attack as part of that action.
  • The paladin's melee weapon attacks score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20 on the d20.

Lay on Hands. Ajani has a pool of healing power that replenishes when he takes a Long Rest. With that pool, he can restore a total number of Hit Points equal to his Paladin level x 5 (90). As an action, he can touch a creature and draw power from the pool to restore a number of Hit Points to that creature, up to the maximum amount remaining in their pool. Alternatively, he can expend 5 Hit Points from their pool of Healing to cure the target of one disease or neutralize one poison affecting it.
