Vanessa von Zarovich

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Vanessa fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed    instead.

Spider Climb. Vanessa can climb on difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Deathless Nature. Vanessa doesn't need to eat, drink, or breathe.

Eyes of the Rune Keeper Vanessa can read all writing.

Master Spellcaster. Vanessa can concentrate on up to three spells at a time.

Inescapable Death. Creatures with resistance or immunity to necrotic damage take full necrotic damage from Vanessa's attacks.

Magic Weapons. Vanessa's weapon attacks are magical.

Spellcasting. Vanessa is a 17-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is charisma (spell save DC 25, +17 to hit with spell attacks). Vanessa has following warlock spells prepared:
At will: Alter Self, Chill Touch, Disguise Self, Invisibility, Mage Armor, Prestidigitation, Toll of the Dead, Vicious Mockery
1/day each: Armor of Agathys (at 5th level), Arms of Hadar (at 5th level), Blight, Charm Person (at 5th level), Counterspell, Dispel Magic, Dimension Door, Dominate Monster, Eyebite, Hellish Rebuke (at 5th level), Hex (at 3rd level), Plane Shift, Remove Curse, Tongues, True Polymorph

Multiattack. Vanessa makes three bite attacks or casts three spells.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 7) piercing damage damage plus 31 (4d10 + 10) necrotic damage. Vanessa regains health equal to the amount of  necrotic damage dealt.

Tendrils of Agony. Ranged Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, range 60 ft., 3 targets. Hit: 41 (5d12 + 10) necrotic damage.

Summon Shadows (1/day). Vanessa summons 2d4 shadows. these shadows act as her allies and obey Vanessa's spoken commands, and last for 1 hour, until Vanessa dies, or until Vanessa dismisses them (no action required).

Fearsome Form. Vanessa transforms into a more vampiric creature for 1 minute. During this time, whenever she hits a creature with an attack, she can force it to make a Wisdom saving throw. If it fails, the creature is frightened of her until the end of her next turn. In addition, whenever she hits a creature with an attack, she can change the damage type to necrotic, and roll one additional die when determining how much necrotic damage the creature takes.

Vengeance Before Death. If Vanessa would be reduced to 0 hit points, instead she drops to 1 hit point and her body releases a burst of shadows. Each creature of her choice within 30 feet of her must make a constitution saving throw or take 21 (2d10 + 10) necrotic damage, taking half as much damage on a success. once she uses this ability, she cannot use it for 1d4 days. 

Vanessa can take three legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action  option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Vanessa regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

Move. Vanessa moves up to her speed without provoking opportunity attacks.

Dreadful Visage (Costs 2 Actions). Vanessa uses Fearsome Form.

Bite (Costs 2 Actions). Vanessa makes a bite attack.
