Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the Abomination to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the Abomination drops to 1 hit point instead.

Patch worked creation. During a short rest the Abomination may recover 1 hit dice + con mod of hitpoints for every humanoid corpse available on a successful medicine check DC18 made by the creator and half as much on a fail.

Description

Patch workedthe combination of many bodies joined into one, larger and stronger than a zombie with reinforced joins by use of steal hinges and plates driven into the flesh, it truly is a sight to behold, large strips of cow leather cover most of the creature and to maintain a level cover from the public eye, it spends most of its time inactive inside the chart, wrapped in a large black cloak, one might even be conviced that it was a lumbering ogre if they saw it walking, at night... while it was raining... and they were rip roaring drunk.
