Description

An awakened cactus is an ordinary cactus given sentience and mobility by the awaken spell or similar magic.  Unless attacked or aiding an ally, an awakened cactus will not move or take hostilities against another creature.

An awakened cactus will almost never interact with other creatures, except for thri-kreen nomad tribes.  A gift of water, poured on the ground at its base, will honor the cactus, and it will release one of its fruit in exchange for the offering.

An awakened cactus regrows 1d4 fruit every week.
