Description
Bio: Amrucini grew up in the mountains above Wingsreach, but her kindred would drift into town to sell poultices and potions to the town twice monthly. Without much need for material goods and with a wellspring of cool and humid spaces within the caves of the Fire Mountains, her colony rarely had need to socialize. However, Amrucini (or “Cini” pronounced see-nee) loved the hustle and bustle of the town. There was one thing Amrucini found odd about the town- the lack of communication. Certainly humanoids would converse and exchange words, but to connect on a deeper cellular level as her kind. They did not share the ability to have a collective consciousness. They did, however, have stories. And a good story told properly could emulate the same feelings within the humans- at least that's what she had observed. So Amrucini convinced her parents (no easy feat), to allow her to join a Bardic College. She studied for many years and then returned to Wingsreach to conduct her ministry outreach. She feels as though since humans cannot connect the way myconids can, it is up to her to convey that shared collective experience as best she can. And being in Wingsreach keeps her close to home. From there she does her best to unite people of every different walk of life through communal storytelling. She is quiet and aloof when not performing, but she does get immense joy in seeing humans work together like a unit. That is why she willingly travels alongside militant groups when available (even though she does not enjoy engaging in combat herself).
