Shapechanger. The shee can use an action to polymorph into a Tiny songbird or a Small swan, or back into its true form. While in bird form, the shee retains its Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. Anything it is wearing or carrying is absorbed or borne by the new form (the shee's choice).
Innate Spellcasting. The shee's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: minor illusion
3/day each: charm person, disguise self
Evasion. If the shee is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, it instead takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure.
Enchanting Kiss. When the shee kisses a creature, the creature must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by the shee for 1 hour. The charmed target regards the shee as a friendly acquaintance. If the target takes any damage or is subjected to a harmful spell, this effect ends.
Fumble Aura. Any creature that makes a melee or ranged attack against the shee must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or roll a d20. On a roll of 1, the attack targets itself or another creature (determined by the DM) within range. This effect occurs before the attack roll is made.
Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d8 + 1) piercing damage.
Charm Arrow (Recharge 5-6). The shee fires an enchanted arrow at a creature it can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by the shee for 1 minute. The charmed target regards the shee as a friendly acquaintance. If the target takes any damage or is subjected to a harmful spell, this effect ends. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Description
The shee dominate Maeve’s Seelie Court, and Maeve herself is Princess of the Shee as well as Faerie Queen. They are the most artistic of all the shadow elves, loving music, poetry, and performances of all kind.
The shee stand slightly taller than the average human, although their slender and graceful builds make them weigh far less. They are the fairest of all the fey, with pale hair, amber eyes, and very light, almost milky-white, skin. They wear silky, flowing clothes of medieval or renaissance design, always carefully chosen for best effect.
All shee have the ability to change themselves into birds; they typically choose nightingales or other songbirds, or swans if they have great distances to journey. They can spend up to eight hours a day in this form, changing back and forth at will, as long as they do not exceed the total duration in any twenty-four hour period. They never take the forms of owls, birds of prey, or carrion-birds, preferring more elegant avians.
Shee speak the language of the shadow elves, but their voices are always melodious and soft. They never seem to lose their temper or become panicked, always speaking in calm, measured tones.
