Spell Turning. Warwick has advantage on a saving throw against any spell that targets only him (not an area). If Warwick’s saving throw is successful and the spell is of 4th level or lower, the spell has no effect on him and instead targets the caster.
Eternal Hunger. Warwick benefits from the following:

  • His damaging abilities heal him for 1/4 the damage dealt. When below half his max hit points, he instead heals for 1/2 the damage dealt.
  • He may make an extra attack against any creature below half its max hit points.
  • His Claws deal an additional 5 (1d8) damage (included in attack).

Chimeric Senses. Warwick has advantage on perception that rely on hearing or smell. Additionally, he has darkvision and he gains blindsight against bleeding creatures.

Legendary Resistance (1/Long Rest). If Warwick fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Actions

Multiattack. Warwick makes three attacks: two with his claws and one with his bite. When Eternal Hunger is applicable, he can make one additional Claws attack against a the creature.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 4) slashing damage.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d12 + 4) piercing damage.

Infinite Duress (Recharge 5–6). Warwick leaps, up to 80ft., at a creature that isn't hidden from him and attempts to shred them. The creature must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 35 (5d12) slashing damage and being knocked prone on a failed save. Target takes half as much damage and isn't prone on a success.

Bonus Actions

Blood Hunt (3/Rest). The Chemtech implants on Warwick inject a serum that dulls pain and spikes his sensitivity to the smell of blood but also sends him into a Frenzy for 1 minute.

  • Warwick gains resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage.
  • Blood Frenzy: Warwick rolls a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw at the start of his turn. On a failure he attacks the closest injured creature, friend or foe.
  • He may dash toward any injured creature within 300ft. of him.
  • He may make a third Claws attack with his Multiattack as a bonus action.
Reactions

Frenzied Strike. If a creature below half their max hit points hits Warwick with a melee attack he may make an opportunity attack against them.
If Blood Hunt is active, when Warwick reduces a creature to 0 hit points he may make an attack against the same creature as a reaction.

Legendary Actions

Warwick can take 3 legendary actions, using the options below. He can take only one legendary action at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Warwick regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Try to Hide... Warwick makes a perception check.

Run! Hide! Warwick moves up to half his speed without triggering opportunity attacks.

Jaws of the Beast. Warwick makes a Bite attack.

Primal Howl (Costs 2 Actions). Warwick looses a blood-curdling howl. All creature's that can hear him must succeed a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of him until the end of their next turn. Creatures with less than half their max hit points make this save at disadvantage.

Warwick is a monster who hunts the gray alleys of Zaun. Transformed by agonizing experiments, his body is fused with an intricate system of chambers and pumps, machinery filling his veins with alchemical rage. Bursting out of the shadows, he preys upon those criminals who terrorize the city's depths. Warwick is drawn to blood, and driven mad by its scent scent. None who spill it can escape him.
