A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature’s saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to her Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Description
Alyxza is the daughter of general Zesral (he's a red abishai) of the Cult of the Dragon. He is the highest ranked member of the cult and has served Tiamat loyally for hundreds of years. She is also the daughter of a young succubus that Zesral raped. Her mother died during her birth. Alyxza barely survived the ordeal herself. She was raised by her father on the material plane as he lead the Cult of the Dragon through the beginning of their ultimate plan to free Tiamat from her prison in the Nine Hells. Her father was a cruel teacher but taught her everything she knows. Now, she is a high ranked commander of the Cult, and serves Tiamat loyally just like she was born to do.
