Keen Smell. The bear has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the creature to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 1 hit point instead.
Necrotic Healing. If the creature takes any form of necrotic damage, it heals this amount instead of suffering damage.
Teeth of the Trap. These creatures are often used in underground locations as a trap, which is usually spring to trap a party between two of these bears in a narrow passage. They are a perfect trap as they do not require feeding or water to keep them active.
Charge. If the bear moves in a straight line for 20 feet before striking a target, the target must make a Dexterity Saving Throw (DC is 16) or they will be knocked prone. When this occurs, the target will be covered by the bear, as described under "Swipe" below.
Swipe: If the bear hits with its claw and does 12 or more damage, the target must make a Strength Saving Throw (DC is 14) or they will be knocked prone. When this occurs, the bear will step forward over the target and bite as a bonus attack. On subsequent turns, the target must use it's action to make a strength saving throw (DC is 18) or they will remain pinned beneath the bear and will be considered grappled.
Multiattack. The zombie bear makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claws.
Bite. +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage. Anyone bitten by the bear must make a DC14 CON save. Anyone who fails the save will become deseased. After 5 minutes, the diseased target is inflicted with a level of Exhaustion, and it gains one level every 24 hours until something is done to cure the disease (greater or lesser restoration). If it continues to level 5, the target will die.
Claws: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d12 + 4) piercing damage.Melee Claw Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (3d6 + 4) slashing damage.
Description
These undead creatures will attack anything living that is not in control of them. They will continue to attack until they are dead, or their target is dead.
