If Urami rolls higher, the creature is grappled and will take one level exhaustion. This process will repeat on the start of the creature's turn until it dies, or breaks free.
Intense Sound Blast (Recharge 4-6): Urami releases a series of intense sound waves in a 90 ft. cone, all creatures within the cone must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw, taking 13 (1d8 + 9) Thunder damage upon a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Creatures who fail the saving throw are also deafened.

Urami takes the appearance of a large Hantengu, with the only key difference being that the symbol on his tongue says "resentment."
